Our work

Builds in production, with numbers.

Every claim on this site traces back to something we shipped. Below are three builds with measured outcomes — and the operator record behind the team. Nobody lost a job in any of them.

The through-line

Every engagement starts the same way: a capable, expensive person spending their week on retrieval instead of judgment. A salesperson in a spreadsheet. An HR manager reconciling four systems by hand. A CPA billing $300 an hour to open PDFs and find acreage. What we do is return that judgment to the people who have it — and then stay for what they build next. In all three builds below, the savings we could forecast turned out to be the smaller number.

Real estate holdings · the Southeast

Dozens of properties, finally on one map

Portfolio visibility
Scattered one map
Professional-services cost
Billable hours down
Build time
Weeks
The problem

A property holding company in the Southeast owns several dozen properties. Their accounting and legal teams were working through structure, valuation, and tax treatment — but nobody could actually see the portfolio.

Where each property sat, how it related to the surrounding community, and how it was classified lived in scattered records. Their CPAs and attorneys were billing research hours just to assemble the picture before they could advise on it.

What we built

We ingested every record and turned it into a clickable map. Every property plotted and color-coded by how it's held — click any one and valuation, entity, and tax detail come up.

  • The whole portfolio visible at a glance, in geographic context
  • Fewer billable hours from the highest-cost people in the process
  • Advisors spend their time advising, not assembling
It's amazing. I can't believe how fast you could build this! It's going to save our attorneys and CPAs so much time.Client contact — property holding company

Lawn care & soil services

Eighteen minutes per sample, down to one click

Six figures
Backlog
About a year caught up
The problem

Every soil sample took eighteen minutes of manual work: transcribing the lab values into a spreadsheet to work out the chemical mix, cross-referencing lawn size in the CRM, then calculating volume, cost, margin and price before anyone picked up the phone.

The person doing it was a salesperson — because interpreting the result required understanding it, and the people who understood it were the people who sold it. Capacity was the constraint on the whole service line. Just the eighteen minutes.

What we built

A platform that automated the entire chain: ingest the data, run the calculations, generate the customer-facing report, deliver it. One click.

  • Enough capacity freed to clear about a year of backlog
  • Six figures of new revenue during the pilot period alone
  • The customer-facing report became a better product, not just a faster one

Technicians
The problem

Technician training progress lived in Google Sheets and Excel, while the underlying records sat across several separate learning management platforms.

Their HR manager spent roughly fifteen hours a week chasing, reconciling and re-keying information that already existed somewhere, just to answer where any given technician stood in their certification cycle.

What we built

One platform consolidating every source, where technicians update their own profiles and progress rolls up automatically to management.

  • Several disconnected platforms reduced to a single source of truth
  • ~15 hours a week returned — roughly $27,000 annually
  • Certification status became a live answer, not a research project

The operator record

Before we built
software, we ran
companies.

The reason our advice lands differently is that founder John Constantine has been the person accountable for the number. He led ARCpoint Labs through a post-COVID pivot from 120 locations to a dual-brand network of more than 350, and led the transaction that created the largest network of independently owned diagnostic labs in the United States.

That's the difference between a consultant who has studied operating pressure and a team that has lived under it.

Platforms we own and run

We build for
ourselves too.

Five platforms we built, own, and operate. They're the clearest evidence of range — and the reason we can tell you what production AI actually costs to run, rather than guessing.

Sales enablement

TheSalesTrainer.AI

AI-generated playbooks and role-play against AI prospects that use real objections, on a 50-day curriculum with manager dashboards.

Bespoke AI agent

Geoffrey

An AI Chief of Staff running inbox, calendars, and CRM. Live proof of the bespoke agents we build for other executives.

Operating system

EOS AI Platform

Keeps the scorecard current, tracks Rocks, preps Level 10 meetings, and keeps the V/TO a living document rather than a quarterly slide.

Author platform

BeyondTheBook.AI

Companion apps built from an author's manuscript, methodology, and voice — turning a backlist into recurring revenue.

Custom avatars

Trilane

Lifelike AI avatars that carry a company's message, training, and brand voice at scale.

Free tools

Policy & Playbook builders

Two public tools that generate a real deliverable in minutes — working examples of what we build, free to use.

The pattern

Nobody lost a job.

It's worth saying plainly, because it's the question owners actually carry into the first call. In all three builds above, headcount stayed flat or grew.

The soil team processed more samples. The HR manager got her week back for work that needs a human. The property company’s attorneys stopped billing for research and went back to advising. The bottleneck was never the staff — it was the eighteen minutes, the fifteen hours, the assembling.

The constraint is rarely the technology. It’s a capable person spending their week reassembling information the company already had.

That's what we mean when we say AI should complement your people. It isn't a values statement; it's what actually happens when you point this technology at the right work.
